A：We offer 5 years warranty for lifepo4 battery, and 3 years for Nmc battery. For damaged due to non-human factors, we will refund or send new battery for replacement after providing pictures or videos for evidence.

A：The Battery will be packed in good condition with the thicker PE Foam, then put into the 5 layers drop-resistant carton.
