Developed a PCI PTS-certified 2S1P battery (7.2V, 3,350mAh) for Ingenico AXIUM DX8000 systems using LD18650K-1 cells. Integrated TI BQ34Z110 fuel gauge and ABLIC S-8241 dual protection ICs to ensure secure transaction stability under 3A continuous load. Features tamper-resistant casing, 1,000+ charge cycles with 80% capacity retention, and operation from -20°C to 50°C. Customized firmware for low-battery alerts and rapid 10-day prototype delivery. Complies with IEC 62368-1 and UN38.3 standards.
