Are the batteries come with bus bars and nuts?
This price come with Bus bars and Nuts, each Battery will offer 1 set Bus bar and Nuts (e.g., If buy 4pcs battery, we will send 4pcs cells with 4pcs bus bars and 8pcs nuts). If need extra more please contact us directly.
How about the Warranty?
We offer 5 years warranty for lifepo4 battery, and 3 years for Nmc battery. For damaged due to non-human factors, we will refund or send new battery for replacement after providing pictures or videos for evidence.
Will the package tough enough to protect the cells?
The Battery will be packed in good condition with the thicker PE Foam, then put into the 5 layers drop-resistant carton.
